REFUND POLICY FOR SERVICES
 
Due to the nature of the services provided by MN Brand, LLC, we cannot offer refunds. If your service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered. If the service has already been completed by MN Brand, LLC, refunds cannot be issued. 
 
DELIVERY
 
Upon your purchase of service after the application process, you will receive an email with client portal login, copy of signed contract, receipt, and next steps based on the service. These next steps can include booking a kick off call and/or completing an onboarding questionnaire.
