Situation

The client came to Seduiré Studio desiring more freedom within her business to spend time and energy doing what she loved - coaching and supporting her clients. She expressed that most of her time was spent doing tedious and time consuming tasks and it was difficult for her to concentrate on the systems and processes. She also wanted to bring on an additional team member. Lastly, she discussed how she desired to elevate her client experience.

Background

The client had recently invested in a business coach and funnel automations and was experiencing an influx of new dream clients. After an in-depth intensive, it was discovered that while the new lead process was front-facing streamlined the backend was being managed manually (i.e. sending emails, creating a Google Drive Folder, adding to Click Up). The onboarding and offboarding tasks were also being managed manually. Lastly, she did not have a documented customer journey map with high-end touch points.

Solution

During the VIP experience, the Studio mapped out a comprehensive customer journey map to enhance the customer journey with the brand. We mapped out pain points, action steps, research, and how the client offers solutions through each phase. Next, we crafted an elevated emotional experience strategy that cultivated high-end touch points through the prospective, converted, and continued client experience journey. The strategy informed how the Studio created the lead process, onboarding experience, offboarding experience, and client follow up within Dubsado. Within Click Up, a team hub was created to help team members reduce time looking for needed resources, hiring, training, onboarding, and meetings. We used Zapier to create custom automations to remove the manual transfer of client information to Click Up and Google Drive folder creation. Click Up was also used to create custom automations to remove the stress of manual work. Lastly, the client received a 90 day obm strategy, business audit, business model mapping spreadsheet, 5-star brand culture worksheet, and embodied pleasure practice.

Results

The client expressed reduced stress in the day-to-day operations of her business, implemented recommended changes within the business audit, successfully onboarded a new team member, and most importantly, experienced more ease and flow within her business.
